As pointed out in this article over at Digitimes, Intel has cut prices of the entire Celeron line having the fastest 2.4GHz CPU selling for less than $90, with the rest of the Celerys selling below that mark obviously.

From what I could observe, merchants have more or less followed the new pricing:
    Celeron 2.2 GHz - $77
    Celeron 2.0 GHz - $64

Generally one would say Celerons better suit low-end machines but that shouldn't be the case for well informed buyers, x-bit also reports on AMD Athlon price cuts, putting the company on a position where they are by far a better buy than both Celerons and most Pentium 4 CPUs.

If you compare to Celeron prices above (and the huge performance advantage):
    Athlon XP 2200+ - $76
    Athlon XP 2000+ - $65

And if you are looking for higher performing bargains (starting from):
    Athlon XP 2400+ - $86
    Athlon XP 2600+ - $106
    Athlon XP 2800+ - $185
