  1. Intel Core 2 Duo

Hey, when Intel Core 2 Due processor spec is 1.6GH, dose that mean that each core has a speed of 1.6GH, or all the cores' speed is 1.6 ??
And what's the different between Intel Core Duo and Intel Core 2 Due ?

It means that each core has a frequency of 1.6GHz. Also, Core 2 Duo is a highly refined version of the Core Duo processor, the main difference between them being their availability. The Core Duo is available only in laptops, but the Core 2 Duo (which is the fastest dual-core chip line in the market right now) is available on laptops and desktops.
