yes i saw that as well, they missed the point. it doesn't offload in games, it does it during Vantage testing as the benches show, if it did it during games...there would be no story.

Intel Drivers give deference to 3DMark Vantage benchmarking

It seems Intel has included optimizations in their graphics drivers that recognize when 3dMark Vantage has been deployed, and off load GPU duties to the CPU. Futuremark has stated that this practice is not allowed. This apparently has not kept Intel from attempting to boost scores with its products in the premier benchmarking software.
