    Well, first paragraph of the article reads;
    "The company said it is "confident in the enhanced reliability features" of its third-generation SSDs and the updated policy applies to all 320 Series drives, including those that have already been purchased by consumers."

    Great move Intel, very nice of you!
    I just got a small 40GB Intel 320 SSD this Friday in the mail, bought it before I saw these news :)
