    I can't detect any wireless connection,

    The Device status said that:
    This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

    i already download the driver in the downloadcenter of intel
    but nothing happens. please help.

    just ask for other information.

    What version of Windows are you running? Did you try downloading the drivers from the HP Support site for your computer model????

    List any Problem Devices
    • Make sure devices are connected and powered on
    • Click Start->Run, enter: msinfo32. Click the + sign next to Components to expand it
    • Click Problem Devices. Anything appear?
    • If yes, click on it, Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C to copy it, Ctrl-V to paste into next post
    • On the other hand, if no devices are listed, tell me so

    @Jelynn

    Looks like your missing several drivers. Have you tried the Samsung support site for your laptop? Click the link for All Drivers. Use the Wireless LAN, INTEL driver for your wireless.
