No. I have no issue with proper capitalism but I do with misusing markets / tools (like e.g. options / futures, shares…) for fraud or gambling.

Most market instruments have a proper use, sadly gamblers found more profitable alternate uses but in the end that hurts the markets.

The reason that you think you're a moral authority on what constitutes real capitalism is the reason Bitcoin exists.

My Take :
BC exists because it was created by humans - humans then use it as they see fit - it's not devine , or moral . BC did not rise up in retaliation to Irata's moral authority- It's not some Jurassic park truth - BC will find a way .
BC , Futures, options , derivatives and all the mongrelized offspring that sometimes the creators forget what they are- are just tools
Money an intermediary/storage for exchange . Futures - market certainty etc
All these tools are amoral - human constructs . Like most tools they can be used , abused , ignored , mis-understood etc .

Again humans impose rules spoken , unspoken, inferred, implied on all tools
As we are 7 Billion people we definitely need guide , rules, and laws . Grandma telling you not to slam the drawers doesn't cut for most of them

This. An axe is a tool to cut wood, yet there are those who use it or an axe handle for entirely different purposes, same as e.g. for a baseball bat, car, insurance….

And yes, this is why there is a need for rules.
