    Well, MS is sure hoping that any press is good press at this point to leave it this long.
    However, anyone who knows anything about technology should've already assumed that the next box should not be always-online, but always-on.

    Live TV sort of implies a DVR when it's flowing through a box with a CPU and a harddrive. This was the one thing missing from game consoles that would allow them to finally replace our other boxes.

    Bummer we'll be allowed to do things offline... it sure was fun ripping on MS and pretending to be outraged before we had any facts. Oh well.

    Don't worry this could still be fake so you can still rage on with no worries saying that it's rumored but not confirmed that it's always online :p

    They can make the best set-top box, but if they ignore gamers then they will be in trouble. Let's hope that it's not too inferior to the PS4 when it comes to hardware (the 1.2GFLOPS rumors are not good).
