Internet/Computer Stalling/Lag

    I randomly get lag spikes and stalling when I'm browsing the internet and when I'm using the computer in general. This manifests itself in typing lag where I would type but the letters dont appear for a few seconds. Also, there is a long stall when I boot/reboot the computer and I have to wait a few minutes for my OS to start up. When I go to a new page, there is a 30 second browser freeze before it unlocks again and I am able to click any links or scroll around the website.
