Internet disconnects when streaming (VPN)

Hello, my name is Aleks and my internet disconnects when I am streaming any kind of video even youtube, also when I am on magic jack. Please help me I have tried running antivirus's and resetting my internet, and resetting the router.

I have attached a hijack this log. What do you think?

What antivirus program are you using? You may be infected with a virus or other serious malware

Yeah, I think it was a virus. I gave up and wiped my harddrive. Everything works now. Thanks.

Okay, good work I did see some suspicious things in the HiJack log. I would have done a clean install too. Try using Microsoft's Security Essentials for a good free antivirus program
