Internet Explorer headache

Just got the Dell Inspirion 530 with Vista 64 bit. While waiting for high speed I downloaded AOL. Now I get the following message every time I try to get into the explorer.

"Cannot find 'file:///C:program%20Files%20(x86)/AOL%20Toolbar/welcome.html. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct."

Once cleared i can type in anything I want and it works. I have tried clearing and resetting the parameters and rebuilding aol adapter as well as removing AOL Toolbar. It works once and the the problem reoccurs the next time.

Any ideas

AOL installs almost always mess with the Internet Explorer setup. Once AOL is installed, you should run Microsoft Updates or a reinstall of Internet Explorer 7. This is even a more common problem if you use an AOL install disc such as AOL 9, AOL 9 Optimized, or AOL 9 security issued before Junel, 2007.
You need an AOL Disk specifically created for VISTA or use the AOL 9.1 download install or higher.

I would suggest installing the same version of AOL you originally installed, and then uninstalling it using the AOL-provided uninstall option (Or through the Add/Remove Programs control panel).

Is this only when you open IE? If so, are you sure that file hasn't simply been set as your home page and you can clear it?
