Internet explorer pops up every time I open any folder

Internet explorer pops up whenever I open my computer or any other folder. There is always a pop which virus and spyware warning.

I did Windows One Scan, it removed some infected files.

I ran hijackthis. Logs attached.

Can some one please look at logs and let me know what to delete?

I really appreciate your help.

Download a program called Malawarebytes also go to Start -> Run -> type msconfig -> then go to the Start up tab -> Uncheck everything -> Ok and restart. You can always go back to msconfig and check the processes you want to start up.
