When I double click on iexplore.exe, nothing happens, maybe a little hourglass by my cursor, but that's about it. If I try to open it enough, it will pop up in my processes list. I tried downloading ie7, but it still does nothing. I don't know what's wrong, and I need to use internet explorer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
