Introduction to computer technology high school curriculum?

I have a friend who is needing a high school (homeschooling) curriculum for computer courses that teach what is taught in an A+ manual, basically. Do you guys know any courses that would be good for them? We cannot find any good ones, and we only have the Computer Applications side...
