Iomega HHD causing a conflict with IRQ 15

I have 2 or 3 external hard drives that continue to conflict with IRQ 15, thus not being able to work. Disk management is not showing anything other than my usual partitions, and under Device Manager, the Secondary IDE Channel has a " ! " on it and is showing Code 12 error. Nothing I do to troubleshoot this helps (it wont even let me reassign resources...)

In the System Info section, it is showing the conflict on IRQ 15 to be between the "System Board" and the "Secondary IDE Channel". Is it possible to do something with this?

How do I fix this problem? Why do some of my drives work normally and some of them do this, even though they are the same model? Someone help!

It's an Iomega 120GB USB2.0 external hard drive (HDD, not HHD..sorry)

This is PCI slot related. I would guess you have master and slave in use on one PCI
card and likely to have a second PCI with at least one device on it.

The IRQ table is getting full and the system can only nominate 2-3 slots automatically.

You need to find ALL IRQ's in use and manually assign one that is still free.
