There should be an IRC chat area so posts can get solved easier.
We do have an official TechSpot IRC channel:
It's not a specialized support channel though, it's the TS community presence in the IRC world that could be used for support purposes as needed.
And just so you know, a lot of people idle there - if you ask a question, just wait patiently or leave your client running in the background. Someone will (probably) answer you if they can. I am in there every day, as are several other regulars.
