Ironic Problem With Help Application

  1. Nitrogen Newcomer, in training

    Hi, when i opened the system information application in the

    Accessories>system tools>system info

    there is an error saying

    " Windows cannot open help and support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem start the service named "Help and Support". "

    When i try to open the help and support application predictably the same message appears, any tips thanks.
