Is a Celeron D352 3.2ghz enough??

Hey everyone, Is a Celeron D352 3.2ghz enough to feed a Radeon X1950pro?
If not how about overclocking the Celeron? Thanks beforehand for any replies!

^^ Nice helpful response there Rik...In response to the original question yea that CPU will definitely bottleneck that card. Some games will be worse affected than others though. Depends on the type of game. You'll still get reasonable performance out of that setup but rather than overclock you're probably best off getting a budget C2D. The Celeron isn't a very good CPU for gaming and the X1950 is a good solid card.
