Did you try to contact IT people?
I can really tell what are the correct settings for your network.

I talked with our (offsite) IT guy. They're picking my tower up Tues to give the whole thing a full look over. Hopefully they'll find something. Thanks for all of your time and effort in trying to track this down. If this thread stays open long enough, I'll let you know if they find anything.
