Is Microsoft 70-620 still up in the market?

im working towards my A+ and then network + i have done 70-620 nearly two ago

and had to stop working for the other certification due to circumstances. i wanna

step into an IT industry now and wanna go ahead doign some more certification on

microsoft. does 7-620 give me any exeption towards any other MCITP certification

or i have to start from the scratch again with 70-680. start working as a helpdesk

support roles. please help!
