is my system clear of trojan.dialer?

hi, i've been infected by trojan.dialer, i've ran smithfraudfix tool, not sure if my system is totally clean though.....attached my HJT log....any advice?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your HJT log looks clean. However, unless you rename HijackThis.exe to HijackThis1991.exe, I can`t be sure. That`s because some malware can hide from HijackThis.exe.
