Is there an alternative (or more than one) to the current driver?

    Hi!

    So, my soundcard is the VIA 3059 Series Audio Controller. I'm using C-Media right now, but want to know if there are better drivers than mine. Version is 5.12 in case there's an update but I want to hear about alternatives as well (for instance, I had a P4 HP Pavillion whose sound controller (ALC something can't remember now) would support both Realtek AC´97 and VIA Vinyl drivers.
