I previously have been using a program called "Accuhash" which checks Md5 & sha1 sums. I was hoping for a new version that might accomplish this task. However, their website is non-responsive, so I'm guessing they're out of business.

However, the new Fedora distros require the checking of a "sha256" hash!

Red Hat explains how to do this in command line, but I'm hoping that somebody has a GUI utility to make it a tad easier. In keeping with the general Linux philosophy, I'm kind of hoping it will be GPL. Selfish, I know.
