Is this a good custom setup?

I am about to build a custom PC for the first time and although I know enough about the subject, I'd like to ask you experts for your opinion.

    MoBo: MSI P67A-GD53 (B3)
    Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K
    RAM: Crosair CMV4GX3M1A1333C9 DDR3 4GB 1333 MHz

Just wanted to make sure those would all support each other. The rest (videocard (geForce 240 GT), hdd etc) I already have from my old setup.

    Thanks in advance
