Is this a good gaming PC setup?

Done loads of research and ive finally bought a gaming pc. This cost me £800.

Heres it is..

MSI GeForce GTX 570 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition 1280MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Intel Core i7 950 3.06GHz (Bloomfield) (Socket LGA1366) - Retail with FREE Shogun 2 Game

Asus P6X58D-E Intel X58 (Socket 1366) DDR3 Motherboard

Cooler Master CM690-II Lite Dominator Case & GX 750W Power Supply

G.Skill RipJawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM)

Samsung SpinPoint F1 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (HD103UJ)

LG GH22NS50 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

Im hoping to play most games on high end performance and id like to be apple to play battlefield on relitivly high graphics.

Tell me what you think, thanks!

It should work nicely for you... I don't care for anything CoolerMaster or Asus but many here do. Good luck with the setup... Check out my specs :)

Pretty decent.
I have a question though:
Why do you buy first, then ask if it's good? Wouldn't it be more logical to ask if it's good first, then buy?
