Is this a good PC for gaming?

    Hey,

    I want to buy a new PC, I thought this was a good one, but i'm not sure. So i'm I need to know from you guys if it is a suitable PC for gaming.
    The price of this PC is € 800 or 1100 USD.
    Specifications:

    Cooler Master CM 690 II
    600W OCZ StealthXStream II PSU
    Intel Core I7 2600 (s1155, 4 x 3.4GHz (4x3.8ghz in turbo) ,5 GT/s, 8 MB, Boxed)
    Gigabyte GA-PH67A-D3-B3 mainboard
    ATI RADEON HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 , Direct X 11 HDMI
    500GB S-ata2 7200RPM Harddisk
    6 Gb kingston RAM
    REALTEK 7.1 High-Definition Audio sound

    Is this a good PC for this price or?

    An idea

    If you go to ebuyer/newegg/scan or any major hardware etailor.com you can price up all of the parts individually. Then you could see the total and you would know if you are getting a bargain or not.

    From the spec I would think that you would have a great time with gaming on that rig.

    That hardware is very good for gaming. You could save yourself some cash by going for a 2500 and then go for 8 gigs of RAM.
