ISA Server woes

    Using Internet Explorer 6 with an ISA Server as proxy we are constantly asked for username and password to authenticate. When we skip the ISA server the sites are immediately available. Neither the authenticated username/password or that of the administrator satisfies the authentication request. HELP!!!!
