I just changed a motherboard ASUS p5p800-vm http://www.superwarehouse.com/Asus_P5P800-VM_micro_ATX_Mainboard/P5P800-VM/p/1483860 (faulty internal vga)

and replaced it with an ASrock Wolfdale 1333-ddr667 r2.0 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157119

the Pc starts up and reconzies all the internal componets but will shut down after 20-30s after turning in it on.

Any one has any advance about this? i have tried a different PSU and it still doesnt change. Btw the CPU is Dual Core 2.8ghz 775 800mhz but in the bios in reconzies it as 64bit

Ok i solved the power issue now when i try to install the HDD and DVD drive i am ubale to use them

on this motherborad http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157119

Also when i only keep the HDD plug in its goes to the screen here selecting and boot cinfiguration such as safe made or regular but when an option is selected it continues in a loop

and in the bios the processor is stated as 64 bit when it was intailly 32.
Any Suggestions

when you swap motherboards, YOU MUST reinstall and re-register windows. Windows configures itself for each motherboard.

It is illegal to use a copy of windows (home use versions) on more than 1 system - in addition, it will not work.
