It turns off after I click anything

i have this problem with my computer and when i turn on the computer it logs in and after i click anything it turns off, with the cpu light on but the screen is black but when i login into safe mode( which i am using now) it is okay

After it turns off with the cpu light on and the screen black, are the fans still running?
