At the end of the installation, a window pop up & said "register Itunes auto server is progress", at that time the computer was hanged. Even hard reset can't restore the situation. What I can do is plug off the NB battery. I dunn know why? try as many time. Pls help...thx.

Try uninstalling any full or partial installation of iTunes from your computer using Windows CleanUp Utility.
Delete the iTunes folder under Music Libraries from Libraries Folder. Restart your computer and then install iTunes from the download link and check if you are able to do so now.
Run the iTunes setup file as Administrator. Hopefully, it will help you.
