iTunes installation on Windows 10

I have download the latest version of iTunes. Installation is successful but every time I tried to open the app I get the following message, " The file "iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes"

You need to delete all resources belong to iTunes; be advised, this will delete all your existing albums and they will need to be reloaded.

1. uninstall iTunes
2. now delete the remnants ...

Look for the folder iTunes Media ; this is where several folders and files for iTunes are stored.
DELETE the folder and then Empty the recycle bin.

Now retry the install

First off try what @jobeard says then reinstall. If that don't work, Uninstall it then get it here iunes
