I've been getting an error message

I've been running Mozilla Firefox as my main browser. Lately I've been getting an error message:

.jqsnotify.exe-Application Effor
The instruction @ " Ox5ff3cbc2" referenced memory @"Oxf900f83f". AThe memory could not be "read". Click ok to terminate.

My OS is XP 64 dual processor

I tried uninstalling the browser and reinstalling it.. I also read in this forum to run a
scf /scannow with the OS disk which I did. Nothing negative came up and I still get that message.

Does anyone have a remedy...
