I recently been playing Runescape a bit and it is using about 40 to 60 CPU in Windows task manager and it raises the CPU about 10 degrease

That seems to be a statement rather than a question, what sort of help to you want?

    Ok Here it is

    well
A I was wondering if it is normal and B if it ain't how to a lower it

It is certainly normal for CPU usage to go up while gaming along with temperature.
Even Java games will cause this.

If you believe that you may have a spyware problem then perhaps you should have a look in the security and the web forum and perhaps make a post on there.

Well the percentage depends on how powerful your CPU is.

    Ok

I don't think it is a spyware problem at all (I scan regually with ad-aware,spybot search and destroy and spydoctor) Is there anyway I can test it

Sounds normal to me - I usually see higher than expected CPU usage with java apps.
