jerky game start and freeze ups with nvidia geforce 6800
hi i recently bought a winfst a400 tdh card and it came with prince of persia warrior within and splinter cell pandora tomorrow.after a bit of trouble getting the card started it finally worked for me.except that when i play either of these games the it iither goes really jerky or freezes completely.prince of persia doesnt even get to the main menu before crashing all of the pre game cinematics are very jerky.splinter cell does load but then crashes a few minutes into gameplay.its probably just a small setting or something i have forgotten but driving me nuts.any suggestions guys?

Intel Pentium 4 540, 3200 MHz
502 MB (PC3200 DDR SDRAM)
psu 320w 3.3v 20a 5.0v 32a 12v 16a
windows xp SP2
