Jos91844 still having trojan issues

i have attached my system information and my hijackthis log file.
i hope someone can tell me how to fix my issues.

Thanks for your input. The final resolution i applied.
Backed up wanted files to cd/dvd. Backed up a few drivers to get me back on the computer and web. Then inserted an xp disk formated and installed so i can start over. Then put the drivers back went to dell and downloaded the rest of the drivers downloaded free spy ware ran it. re loaded my files. So far everything is fine . If i have more issues i will update. Thanks
