One of my photo folders does not open jpg files. From Windows picture and fax viewer - it shows "No preview available"
To this, in this same forum one member -"MyQ83" had given the following steps to get rid of the problem. But unfortunately it does not work for me. Repeated help went vain.
Can anyone help?
"go to the folder which contains pics and follow these steps :
1- right click >> Properties
2- go to Security tab
3- Click on Advanced
4- go to Owner tab
5- Click on ur username then select the " Replace owner on ...." check box
6- click ok
7- right click >> refresh
then u'll be accessing ur photos again "
