Juhijudu.dll Virus, help on how to remove

Hey everyone,

I'm new on here and need some serious help. I'm not a genius when it comes to trying to fix computers so when this virus slipped by my computers spyware, I had no idea how to remove it.

I received it this past Friday and it was found everytime i rebooted my computer when my spyware did a quick scan. When i clicked to "Permenately delete" it said "Delete Successfull" i thought it had worked, but it didn't. It always shows up. I can't get online without getting multiple pop-ups, and my computer is starting to run slower and slower and have jitters in programs.

C:/windows/system32/juhijudu.dll is where it is located.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated considering this is my work computer and i do not want to re-format this thing.

there is evidence of a Trojan Vundo virus. Run Combofix:
Combofix Instructions

Delete the temp files first:
Temp File Cleaner
