Just a little problem with new Radeon 9600 xt card

Hi, I just got a new Radeon 9600 xt 256 mb video card. I hooked it up and installed the drivers and it works great, my only concern is that the edges of things are slightly blurry. I'm using a 1280 x 1024 resolution on a flat panel monitor. This blurrines was not here with my last video card, any ideas of what could be the problem? (i tried changing the Clear Type but didn't work)

what settings have changed? what is the native res. of said LCD screen?

EDIT: Yipee, i found the problem, just needed to have my monitor re-adjust the image to the new video card... i forgot to refresh the settings when i switched the video card.
