Kernel data inpage error

Hi,
my pc turns to blue screen and display error KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR almost everyday.
I just dont know what to do.
please help me.

Check the hard drive for errors by going to Computer. Right-click on the C drive, select properties, tools, check now. Put a check in both boxes to set a disk check on the next start up
