Kodak Easyshare cx7330

  1. I hope someone can help me out. I have put new batteries in the camera. I turn it on and the on light that is to go on , it comes on all right but it is red. The screen stays black nothing works. The users manual is worthless. Is there anyone who can help me.

    check the memory card; can you get to the MENU feature?

    Thank you for your reply. I cant access anything. I am going to try to hook the camera up to the computer. But then I dont know how to unload the images when I do.

    read the manual that u got with the camera, it will give instructions on everything.

    Did you charge up the batteries or battery pack?

    If you use Kodak Easyshare (actually an Oxymoron!), you can use
    the TRANSFER feature. Regardless, a camera is treated as a USB mounted HD,
    so once there's a drive letter, you can just select/copy from the camera to
    you computer HD manually.
