I hope someone can help me out. I have put new batteries in the camera. I turn it on and the on light that is to go on , it comes on all right but it is red. The screen stays black nothing works. The users manual is worthless. Is there anyone who can help me.

check the memory card; can you get to the MENU feature?

Thank you for your reply. I cant access anything. I am going to try to hook the camera up to the computer. But then I dont know how to unload the images when I do.

read the manual that u got with the camera, it will give instructions on everything.

If you use Kodak Easyshare (actually an Oxymoron!), you can use
the TRANSFER feature. Regardless, a camera is treated as a USB mounted HD,
so once there's a drive letter, you can just select/copy from the camera to
you computer HD manually.
