Are you taking a poll or looking for help?

If you would like us to check the system for malware, please follow the steps in the Preliminary Virus and Malware Removal thread HERE.

When you have finished, leave the logs for review in your next reply .

Please do not use any other cleaning programs or scans while I'm helping you, unless I direct you to. Do not use a Registry cleaner or make any changes in the Registry.

I will access your problem after you have given all of the requested logs.

In the meantime, I am changing your subject to Koobface infection

Hopefully, this will prevent any 'polling' and random suggestions for programs to run.

I am closing this thread due to the lack of requested logs.

If you continue to have problems, please begin a new thread and include the logs from the programs in the preliminary removal thread. Link was given.
