Laptop buy

Hi all, my sister want s to buy a laptop, bud she has a limited budget, and she asked me for help. I looked at a coupe for her and found 2 for a similar price. The first is an Acer using an Intel celeron 1000 m@1.8ghz, and the second is a Samsung with a AMD E2 2000@1.75ghz. The rest is the same 500gb hdd 4gb ram... Which do you think is better. Any other suggestion in that price range maybe? Casual surfing and movies would be her primary demand. Thanks in advance

What is the price range? Both PCs are pretty weak but will be fine for basic word processing and web browsing.

Its about 300 - 320 euro 350 top.

Dont narrow down screen sizes unless it is a preference. There are a lot of 14" laptops out there that can be an option.

Do not only care about CPU,RAW and Harddisk when you want to buy a laptop.
You should care much more about the shell and quality.

You can buy a second hand one if your budget is limited.

I have bought many sencond hand thinkpads like T61,T400,T410 etc..they all worked fine.
