Laptop does not turn on at all

    My laptop dell n5010 is not turing on at all... it is not showing any lights or any other sound as well...it was shut down properly..now what to do? can any1 guide me?

    Have you tried Unplugging the battery and power cord . Then holding the start button for about 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and see if it powers up.

    You may need to take it to a repair shop. How old is it and do you still have a warranty?

    Without seeing for myself and too me. Sounds like the MOBO would need to be replaced in that unit since power, and everything is on the MOBO. I've repaired many DELLs, IBM, HP, Toshiba and some of the clones too. What you described is normal for DELL.
