Laptop doesn't detect my usb

I did something wrong and then deleted the os in my laptop then I went into bios and selected setup settings after I did that I realized that my laptop doesn't detect the USB however my mouse does gets power but it doesnt detect it like the usb I need the USB to install fedora linux btw please help
