Laptop DVD-ROM is not working

    Hi......
    I am Abdul Aziz . I have a php Laptop (HP Pavilion dv6000) With Dvd-Rom. My Dvd-Rom is not working from last few days.... Whenever i insert a disc into Dvd-rom it is eject automatically in few seconds. Please Help me plz plz plz....

    does it do this with all media types (i.e. CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R etc...) some drives will eject the disk automatically if they cannot read the disks.

    Yes Whenever i insert DVDs, Cd, and other type of discs it is starting to reading the disc and then the disc eject from DVD-RW automatically...........please help me what should i do.........plz plz
