Laptop freezes suddenly

Hello everyone,

I've got this problem with my laptop, whenever i try to watch a video online (e.g. youtube, dailymov or other site) it freezes. Nothings working, it totally freezes (mouse task manager wont even open) and i have to reboot it.Also the problem started suddenly without any warning window showing up first and no blue screen.

I have tried to re-install adobe flash player (first deleted it then installed it), but nothing happened still the same freezing problem.Also i havent installed anything lately and already did an antivirus scan but found nothing.

So that's my problem and i desperate need some help to solve it

What are your laptop computers specs like make and model and Windows version. Is there freezing doing anything else?

well i have already solved the problem so dont worry!
I had to go to adobe flash player webpage and right click on an image to uncheck the option enable hardware accelaration
