Laptop freezing

    Hi guys
    Im not really good when it comes to dealing with computer problems
    I need some help
    I bought a new laptop recently (Qosmio f60 series)
    and the specs are

    Intel core i5 2.27GHz
    6 GM ram
    64-bit Operating system
    GeForce GT 330M graphic card

    Now the problem is that the laptop freezes up when Im either shutting it down or leaving it idle for more than 10 minutes
    and sometimes when I force it to restart from freezing up
    It is completely fine when Im doing my tasks or even playing high-end games on ultra graphic settings(although the temperature of the laptop gets really high..)

    And sometimes when I force it to re-start it will go into a 32 bit system mode(some kinda fail-safe system?)

    I have tried to create a system repair disc to solve the problem but it did nothing...
    I need help PLEASE!!!

    If you have not received help for your issue we strongly urge you to contact the laptop manufacture and have them fix this issue. Your system is new and you shouldn't be experiencing this problem. Have them fix it.
