Laptop getting heated

I am having Dell Inspiron 1525. Pentium Core2Duo, 4 GB, 2.20 GHz, 64-bit Win 7. It's been over a year old and since the last 5-6 months it's getting very hot. The exhaust on the back side is blowing out Hot Air. I have run Core Temp and its showin as below
Tj. Max - 90deg C
Core #0 - 79deg C Low - 75deg C High - 87deg C Load 98%
Core #1 - 79deg C Low - 75deg C High - 87deg C Load 95%

Also when I chech the Windoes Task Bar I find the CPU Usgae is always above 90% even when the PC is not running any software. And svchost.exe is using 113,268 K.

Kindly advice what to do.

When you use your laptop where to you put it, on your lap or table
The overheating bit could be due two things one your fan could be full of dust and the other is your CPU is overheating and you may have to replace your thermal paste.
