Laptop Is Restarting over and over

My laptop is restarting over and over!
when I turn it on. It give me 5 boot option but all of them doesn't work.
I just got the 0.00001 miliseconds blue screen.

Can you boot into Safe Mode?
(strike F8 once / sec until B/W vga screen, select Safe Mode and when desktop arrives, login as admin)

Well I tried to boot into safe mode. But its just restarting again

How far did you get?

1. Usually (in the b/w vga mode) we see a long list of drivers being loaded,
2. then the login prompt (windows color screen)
   
3. we login as admin
4. and the admin desktop

what step did you fail in?

After I choose safe mode. I see the drivers being loaded. But suddenly my laptop restarted.

Good information - - nasty condition. This means the OS is a mess and you will need a recovery or reinstall. If we could have gotten to the Admin desktop, we could have used System Restore - - you didn't and so you can't take that path.

It's time to restore from a backup (if you even have one) OR to reinstall the System.
