Laptop is shutting down suddenly!

My Laptop is shutting down suddenly without any error message or without showing any shutdown screen it is just like working on a desktop having no UPS supply and all of sudden light goes off.....

I have check my battery,ram,motherboard,and also uninstall all drivers,install new windows but the problem still there....

and this is not because of overheating

so please help me out..

This IS an over-heating symptom. The cooling fan could be failing or giving the CPU/motherboard a false over-heating symptom. Also, check the bios settings , for fan control if any
