Laptop keeps shutting down

    I have a toshiba satellite a215-s4807. It randomly gives me a blue screen with lots of weird numbers & letters on it, then restarts. It also shuts down on me. please help!!!

    Hopefully Mailpup will see this and move it to the BSOD forum.
    May I suggest that you start by reading this post.
    Then, follow the suggestions there, for posting your minidump files.
    Whether or not mailpup moves your thread to the BSOD forum, just make your next post in answer to mine.
    One of us will be glad to look over you minidumps and try to help you sort out the problem.
